-Abstract proposal must be Word/PDF document with recent photo.
-A prescribed format has been identified for each type of submission format:
>>Scientific studies. Background, aim, methods, results, conclusions.
>>Practice, policy and advocacy reports. Background and context, aim, strategy/tactics, programme/policy process, outcomes, what was learnt (develop any replicability potential).
-Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. No corrections are possible after the submission. The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted. Please ensure that the abstract is complete. No proofreading will be done.
-Abstracts should meet international ethical standards.
-Abbreviations should be defined.
-Please ensure to mention all sources of information and references.
-Once you have successfully submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email with an abstract ID number, to use in any communication you might have with the organizers.
Abstracts can be re-edited and modified until you click “submit” for final submission. Once submitted, abstracts cannot be edited.
Content: Use fonts such as Arial/Times New Roman in a reasonable font size that should be easy to read. The spacing between the lines should also be taken into consideration. A very simple format should be used to represent all the details of the research carried out by the author. Long narrated paragraphs should be avoided. Short phrases and bulleted points should be used in the poster to present the main highlights of the work done.
The Poster should include the following:
Overview: A summary of the purpose, methods, and results should be mentioned on either of the upper sections of the board.
Introduction: An idea about the objective and background of the work should be mentioned.
Methods: Simple description of the apparatus, chemistry, samples, materials, etc used in the research is to be mentioned in the poster.
Results: Graphs, spectra, charts, pictures, etc., with a minimum of text to illustrate the nature of the results.
Conclusions: The positive and negative aspects of the work carried out are to be displayed along with the obtained results. Future research prospective and developing aspects of the related research can also be discussed.

How can I make sure that my abstract has been accepted, or not?
You will receive an email confirmation of approval within 24-48 hours of submitting your abstract proposal.
Shall I get any payment receipt or invoice after registration?
Yes, you will get the payment acknowledgement from the conference organizers through email within 24-48 hours after the registration.
Do I get refund if my abstract is rejected?
Yes, you will get 100% refund in case of abstract rejection.
How much time will I get for an oral presentation?
Around 20-25 minutes including Q/A.
In which language should I speak during presentation?
English.
Will I get translator during the presentation?
Translation service will not be provided. If you wish you can bring translator by yourself.
Is there a prescribed format/sample template available for abstract submission?
Yes, we have created an abstract submission template that can be downloaded from the corresponding conference abstract submission page.
Is it allowed to submit multiple proposals?
Yes, you may submit maximum of two proposals.
Will I get any certificate after the completion of the conference?
Yes, you will be felicitated with a certificate of recognition soon after the conference.
Do our abstracts will be published?
Yes, The Abstracts will be published in WOW Congress Magazine.
