Note: For Students, this is the special concessional fee for undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate students. To be able to register as a student delegates must present proof of full-time enrolment at a recognized university or college for both, the time of registration and during the congress.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 45 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
- Cancellation before 60 days of the congress start date will receive a full refund, less a $99 towards processing fee
- Cancellation within 60 days of the congress start date is non-refundable
Note : Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the congress. No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, pandemic’s, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee’s control.
